Renaissance Stout Street Lofts is a Colorado Coalition for the Homeless development that provides 78 affordable rental apartments targeted to a variety of incomes. 50 of the units are supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals and families. The other 28 units consist of affordable housing targeted to households with yearly incomes ranging from $16,000 to $35,000. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities, a community room with a common kitchen and outdoor courtyard, and a computer room. On-site property managers and social workers are available to residents for various services, as needed.
