Peoria Crossing was completed in 2019 by the Housing Authority of the City of Aurora. The development includes 82 units of affordable housing, with one, two and three bedroom units. Units are equipped with energy star appliances, laundry hook ups, and walk in closets. Affordability ranges from 30 percent to 60 percent of area median income. The site is located near the growing medical Anschutz medical campus with easy access to Denver International Airport. It is a transit-oriented development with access to light rail and bus lines, as well as schools, shopping and services in close proximity. Resident amenities include a computer lab, a workout room, bike storage, community gardens and a playground.
