The Caraway is a first-of-its-kind project in Adams County. The 4.7 acre project converted a 46,000sf office building into 44 units as well as constructed 72 new walk-up units behind it, for a total of 116 affordable units. Amenities include a bike storage, dog run, tot lot, BBQ area, raised bed gardens, roof top patio, fitness room, computer bar, and multipurpose rooms.
