With his experience with Habitat for Humanity and AmeriCorps, Lukas brings a practical mindset to address challenging situations. His academic expertise in urban planning and public policy enables him to combine this practical approach with theoretical insights, ensuring that NDC’s policy and advocacy proposals are well-informed by the latest research, data analyses, and policy case studies.
