Renaissance West End Flats, completed by the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless in 2012, comprises 101 units of affordable housing above one story of office and retail space. The one and two bedroom rental apartments help meet the housing needs of homeless and low-income families and individuals. Amenities include a community room with a common kitchen and outdoor terrace, secured access, elevator service, laundry facilities, and a computer resource room. The Coalition provides on-site property management, maintenance for all residents, and on-site supportive services for the formerly homeless and other residents in need. The first floor contains three retail spaces totaling 15,000 square feet and also includes a satellite health center.
