Under Mayor Hancock’s initiative, the City of Denver recently created a 5 year affordable housing plan. One of its chief goals is to create a dedicated fund for affordable housing. The Mayor has determined that this fund should consist of a $15,000,000 annual allocation in order to service the full spectrum of housing needs.
